Once in a while the service of a person or a company is so outstanding that it deserves a special mention and on this trip, it is WOW!Argentina.

WOW!Argentina is a family owned travel business located in Buenos Aires run by the husband and wife team of Matias and Cintia.  As an independent traveler I am used to making my own travel arrangements.  But with a well-packed 2-week itinerary and a limited knowledge of  Spanish, I figured that I am better off booking everything through a travel agent.  I found the company through the Internet and my email correspondences with Cintia began five months before the trip.  

Throughout the five months, Cintia has replied to my email promptly and was very accommodating to my itinerary changes.  She is knowledgeable, personable and honest.  Cintia booked my flights and hotels at a better rate than I can on my own.  She made it known that she was always accessible should I need to contact her during my trip and indeed she was.  On a few occasions she did things for me that went beyond a typical travel agent's call of duty but more importantly, she can be trusted.  She stands behind her service long after the handshake and her commitment to customer satisfaction is second to none.
